Who can use it

The crew site is for Walled Lake Technical Production Staff members and the staff who supervise them. Accounts are created by a supervisor; there is no public sign-up. The interest form, Game of Trust and policy pages are open to anyone.

Your account

Sign in only as yourself, with the Google account on file. Don't share access with anyone else. If you lose access to that Google account, ask a supervisor to update it.

Hours and time sheets

Enter your own time accurately. Supervisors review hours, and a pay period is locked once it goes to payroll. Pay, rates and work rules come from the district, not from this site; if the site and a district policy disagree, the district policy wins.

Fair use

Use the site for crew work. Don't post anything in announcements or forms that is unkind, unsafe or not school appropriate, and don't try to get into parts of the site or other people's information you haven't been given access to. Supervisors can deactivate an account that is misused.

No guarantees

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, but it can have outages or mistakes, and alerts can be late or not arrive. Check with your supervisor if something looks wrong.
