What you get
Crew members can choose to get text messages about their own work: when they're scheduled for a shift, a reminder the day before a shift, and when their availability is due. Texts start with “WLTPS:” and link back to the crew site. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
How you sign up
Texts are off unless you turn them on. Signed-in crew members check “Text me at my cell” under My info on the crew site and save. You can turn them off the same way at any time. See the opt-in.
How often
Message frequency varies with your schedule, usually a few texts a week at most. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or email matthewweber@wlcsd.org. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your cell number is used only to send the crew texts described above. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Text opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone. Messages are delivered through our messaging provider (Twilio), which uses the number only to deliver them. Crew supervisors can see crew contact details to run the schedule.
